A deep relaxation technique based mindfulness of body and mind. Lying down, in a state between wakefulness and sleeping, you are led on a journey through the layers of your body and your whole being. Half an hour of Yoga Nidra can give you as much energy as 3 hours of sleep.

We are offering Yoga Nidra mostly in combination with an active form of yoga, supplementary and round the practice like a long shavasana :).
