Opening an account

As a new customer

Please create your account at the following link: https://www.eversports.ch/widget/w/lej1v6

As a VOLTA Yogi(ni)

Send a message to: anya@voltayoga.ch. You'll receive an email with a login invitation via Eversports.

Booking 

Then go to our online schedule and click on the class you want to attend. When booking, you can choose to pay with one of your products (subscription, membership) or pay the drop-in price (single entry) by credit card.

Cancellation

If you decide not to attend a class you've already registered for, please always unregister from your online account (no e-mails or SMS to us)!

A cancellation for a studio class must be done 5 hours prior to start and online class must be cancelled via your account no later than 1 minute before the beginning of class. If you cancel in time, you'll automatically receive a refund to your account. For late cancellations, the amount paid can't be refunded, regardless of whether it was paid as a single entry or with a subscription/membership unit.

PRICING FOR ONLINE CLASSES

Ou online drop-in classes cost a little less than at the studio:

60' = 15.-

75' = 20.-

90' = 20.-

VIDEOS

Over 30 high quality videos are waiting for you in our video library (see online schedule on top to the right). Vinyasa, hatha, yin, gentle und yoga Nidra for various levels in english and german. Videos can only be acquired with a single purchase by credit card. They can be downloaded or watched without a time limit through our library. The video is yours!

Simply log into your Eversports account, choose a video here online-schedule, and pay. Then go back to the library to watch or download it.

Online participation

After your booking you will find on your Eversports account (app and web page) in "my bookings/meine Buchungen" a reference to the streaming link at the corresponding online class:

• In your app you will find a button, which informs you on what day and time the streaming link will be available for you there. 

• As long as the button is grey, the online stream is not yet available. From 15 minutes before start of the class the button turns green and the online class is accessible. With a click on the button you will be led to the online streaming site (Zoom) and you are live with us!

• On the Eversports website you will find the link to the live stream (after a successful booking) under "my bookings/activities - Meine Buchungen/Aktivitäten" at the corresponding activity.

• Please make sure to login some minutes earlier to start!
