No matter the style of yoga, in our classes mindfulness, joy and ease of practice are in the foreground. Even when the going gets tough in a vinyasa or hatha class and the sweat starts to drip, we don't lose sight of the essential qualities of yoga itself–inner freedom, equanimity, non-judgement and presence. You are always invited to use props and adapt the practice individually to your needs.
