
PRENATAL YOGA in Basel

This class was created for all soon-to-be moms.
The calm, sometimes stronger, sometimes softer Slow Vinyasa/Hatha practice is designed for pregnant women. Breathing exercises and short meditations give a nice rounding to the class and a special shavasana invotes you to completely relax.
Treat yourself with yoga in this particular time of your life and find, focus, strength, trust in your body and a calm mind.
