For newbies and everybody who wants to refresh the basics of vinyasa yoga.
In these two hours you get to know the main postures (asanas) and transitions the sun salutation as well as common standing postures (warrior 1 and 2, etc.). There will also be time to look at individual adaptions and variations of the yoga poses.
Knowing the basic alignment principles and how to include props to support yourself, a joyful and safe start in our public classes is yours!
Besides the basics of vinyasa yoga we will provide a short overwiew what yoga is about and what areas/topics exist (philosophy/spirituality, breathing techniques etc.)
