Anya and Nico are offering one-on-one sessions on request.
In a personal training with experienced yoga teachers, you have the opportunity to clarify general or specific questions about your own practice, learn new yoga postures, breathing techniques or meditation practices step-by-step or individually.
Finding variations, dealing with physical handicaps or injuries can also be discussed very well in a personal training

The duration varies (depending on intensity and topic) 60 to 75 minutes.
1 x : 150.-
3x package: 360.- (3 x 120.-)
--> the 3x package has to be used within 3 months.

Cancellations have to be made 24hrs before the upcoming appointment.
